Privacy Policy
Zensibles (zensibles.com) sells digital files of original artwork. This policy covers what data the store touches, why, and what your choices are. Effective July 29, 2026.
What we collect
The minimum a store can run on:
- When you buy: the email address you give at checkout (to deliver your files and your receipt) and the record of your order — which works, when, and for how much.
- When you write us: the name, email address, and message you send through the contact form or by email.
- As you browse: anonymous counts of how each piece performs — views, saves, shares. Counts of events, not profiles of people.
What we don't collect
- No accounts — there is nothing to sign up for.
- No third-party advertising or tracking scripts, anywhere on the site.
- Your card details never touch our servers — payment happens entirely inside Stripe.
- Your cart and saved works live in your own browser's storage, not with us.
- No marketing email — your address is used for your orders, nothing else.
Who processes it
Three services run under the hood, each seeing only what its job requires:
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Resend delivers your receipt and download email.
- Cloudflare serves the site and its images.
We never sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your order record stays with us so your download link keeps working forever, and because tax law requires us to keep basic sales records. Contact messages are kept as long as the conversation needs. If you'd rather your order record didn't outlive its job, ask and it's gone — the download link goes with it.
Your rights
Want to see, correct, or erase what we hold about you? Write info@zensibles.com from the email on your order — once we've confirmed it's really you, consider it done, wherever you live. We honor these requests for everyone; we don't make you cite a statute.
Children
The store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If a child has given us an email address, write us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. The promises above are the point — we don't expect them to weaken.
