The fine print

Your license

Every purchase is a personal-use license. The files are yours to keep; the artwork remains the artist's.

You may:

• Print the work for yourself — at any size the included files support, as many times as you like.
• Print copies for your own homes and rooms, or frame one as a gift.
• Keep your files forever, for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Sell, share, or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part.
• Sell prints or products made from the work.
• Use the work in commercial projects, branding, or designs.
• Claim authorship, or use the work to train AI models or mint tokens.

All works © Zensibles. Purchasing a file transfers no copyright. If you'd like a commercial arrangement, write us.

Your downloads

Your files are yours to keep. The download link that delivers them is a service we provide alongside them, and it works like this:

• Your link is guaranteed for 30 days from purchase, and for a generous number of visits.
• After that you can request a fresh link from the same page, and we'll email it to the address on your order — for as long as we still hold the work.
• We don't promise to store your files indefinitely. Please save your own copy, the way you would for anything else you download.

Should a work you have purchased be scheduled for retirement from the store, you will receive at least 30 days' notice at the address associated with your purchase, together with a download link valid through the retirement date.

Refunds

Because delivery is instant and the files can't be returned, all sales are final — the standard for digital downloads. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery of your files — and, if you're in the EU or UK, you acknowledge that immediate delivery waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.

That said: if something is wrong — a file that won't download, a print that doesn't look the way the listing promised, an order mistake — write support@zensibles.com and we'll make it right. Start with the size guide for printing questions; it answers most of them.

Privacy

We collect the minimum a store can run on, and nothing here follows you around. The whole story — what we collect, what we never do, who processes it, and how to see or erase it — is the privacy policy.
