What do I get when I buy a work?
Every purchase is a digital download: the work as print-ready files, delivered the moment checkout completes. Each work comes in four print ratios — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, and ISO A-sizes — every ratio as both JPG and PDF. Your files are yours to keep; the order link that delivers them works for 30 days, and you can request a fresh one after that.
How long does my download link last?
Thirty days from your purchase, and a generous number of visits — enough to grab every ratio more than once. If it runs out, open the same link and we'll email a fresh one to the address on your order. Your files are yours forever; the link is just how we hand them over, so please save your own copy once you've downloaded them.
What happens if a piece I bought is retired from the store?
We'll tell you first. If a work you've purchased is going to be retired, we email the address on your order at least 30 days beforehand, with a download link that stays active right through to that date — so there's always a window to save your files. After a work is retired we no longer hold the files and can't send them again, which is why we ask you to keep your own copy.
How do I print it — at home or at a print shop?
Either works. The JPG is what home printers and most print services want; the PDF opens pre-sized to its ratio's largest cut for shops that ask for one. Every size listed in the size guide prints sharp.
What sizes can I print?
Up to 24×36 inches, depending on the ratio you print: 2:3 reaches 24×36, 3:4 reaches 18×24, 4:5 reaches 16×20, and ISO reaches A1. The size guide matches your frame or print size to the right file.
Is the art AI-generated?
Yes — every work is AI-generated illustration, made entirely by directing a generation engine: selection and refinement across hundreds of generations until the image says what it set out to say. The full practice is documented in The Medium.
Can I use a work commercially?
No — every purchase is a personal-use license: print it for your own rooms, as many times as you like, or frame one as a gift. Selling prints, redistributing the files, or using the work in commercial projects isn't included. The full terms are in the policies; for a commercial arrangement, write info@zensibles.com.
Do digital downloads get refunds?
All sales are final — delivery is instant and files can't be returned, the standard for digital downloads. But if something is wrong — a download that fails, a print that doesn't look the way the listing promised — write support@zensibles.com and we'll make it right. The details are in the policies.
